东莞篮球中心主体育馆三向网格曲面索网幕墙体系设计

[摘要]介绍了东莞篮球中心主体育馆大跨度钢结构屋盖和三向网格曲面索网幕墙结构的设计特点。重点阐述了索网幕墙计算模型的建立、屋盖钢结构模型和索网幕墙简化模型的计算分析以及屋盖钢结构与索网幕墙结构组合的完整模型的计算分析,研究了屋盖钢结构和索网幕墙结构之间的相互影响。在完整模型中,屋顶环梁的变形减小,索网的变形增大,索网的拉力减小。设计经验可为复杂大跨钢结构屋盖和索网幕墙结构提供参考。

Design of cable curtain wall system with the form of three-dimension mesh surface of the main stadium of Dongguan Basketball Center

Abstract: Design features of the large-span steel roof system in the main stadium of Dongguan Basketball Center, and the cable curtain wall with the form of three-dimension mesh surface were described. How to form the calculation model of the cable curtain wall, and the analysis of three models, which were steel roof model, cable curtain wall simplified model, combined model of steel roof and cable curtain wall, were mainly introduced. The interaction effect between the steel roof and the cable curtain wall were analyzed. In the complete model, the deformation of the ring beam on the roof decreases, the deformation of the cable net increases and the tensile force of the cable net decreases. The design experiences could be references for the design of complex largespan steel roof and cable curtain walls.
