通化城市展览馆钢结构设计

[摘要]通化城市展览馆的主体钢结构部分呈碗形,整体结构呈现出比较强的空间受力特征。在分析整体结构受力特征的基础上讨论了如下几个问题:环梁的拉弯稳定计算,按规范中纯弯曲构件稳定公式计算大偏心受拉构件的稳定问题,结果偏于保守;分析铰接柱脚内力特征,对比了销轴节点的适用条件,采用了分别承受水平力和竖向力的柱脚形式,该节点构造简单、传力可靠;由于放射形钢梁周边不均匀布置造成的应力集中,采用有限元方法对屋面复杂放射梁交汇节点进行应力分析,并给出应力规律图。

Steel structure design of the exhibition hall in Tonghua city

Abstract: Main steel structure of the exhibition hall in Tonghua city is bowl-shaped, which presents strong spatial mechanics characteristics. Based on the analysis of the mechanics characteristics of the whole structure, following problems were discussed. Using the stability formula of members subjected to pure bending of the codes to calculate the members under large eccentricity tension loading, calculations of the stability of ring beam subjected to axial tension and bending were probably conservative. Internal force of articulated column bases was analyzed. The application conditions of pin connection were compared. Different column bases forms to bear horizontal and vertical loading were applied, which had simple construction and reliable load-transferring way. Due to unevenly arrangement around radial beam, stress was concentrated. Using finite element methods, stress of intersection joints of roof complex radial beams was analyzed and the stress figure was provided.
