高层钢抗弯框架抗震性能研究

崔鸿超1,胡庆昌2(1 上海中巍结构设计事务所有限公司, 上海 200135; 2 北京市建筑设计研究院, 北京 100045)[摘要]29年前设计及建造的26层91m高的北京长富宫中心饭店采用的是纯钢框架结构。介绍了当时该工程的设计概况,并用现行规范及软件对结构做了计算分析,验证了结构可以满足现行规范的要求。同时对同一建筑采用的三种结构形式(钢框架结构、钢框架-支撑结构与钢框架-混凝土剪力墙结构)均进行了弹性及弹塑性分析,对比表明钢抗弯框架具有较好的延性及抗震性能。最后对钢抗弯框架适用的高度范围及加强抗震框架的抗震性能进行了探讨。[关键词]钢抗弯框架; 框架-支撑体系; 框架-混凝土剪力墙体系; 抗震性能中图分类号:TU391, TU973.3+1 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1002-848X(2013)16-0008-07Analysis on seismic performance of a high-rise steel moment-resisting frameCui Hongchao1, Hu Qingchang2(1 China Majesty Structure Design Office Co., Ltd., Shanghai 200135, China; 2 Beijing Institute of Arechitecture Design, Beijing 100045, China)Abstract: Beijing Chang Fu Gong Center Hotel, bulit 29 years ago, is a 26-storey steel frame structure with 91m in height. The overview design at that time was given and the structure was analyzed with current specifications and software, which verified that the structure can meet the current specification requirements. Three structural systems of the same building, including steel frame, steel frame-braced structure and steel frame-concrete shear wall structure, were compared using elastic and elastic-plastic analysis methods. Results show that steel moment-resisting frame structure has better ductility and seismic performance.
