某钢厂RH精炼炉平台钢结构设计

[提要]某精炼炉平台钢结构共六层,因工艺要求,平面和竖向布置均很不规则,且平台上有两台120t吊车和几处重达60~100t的设备,数根主要承重柱需要在梁上生根。主要介绍了平台钢结构的结构体系、结构分析和设计及节点设计等内容。应用板壳有限元分析了柱在梁上生根的节点受力变形特征。结果表明,此类工程除了结构整体分析外,应加强关键部位的局部分析。

Abstract:Steel platform structure of a refined steel smelting store is six floors. Horizontal and vertical structures have no regular pattern due to technical require. There are two cranes of 120t and some equipments of 60t to 100t on steel platform and several columns with large bearing value are to be located on beams. The structural system of steel platform structure, the analysis of the steel structure, and design are introduced. The results show that the analysis of important parts should be strengthened except overall structure analysis for the similar project.
