杭帮菜博物馆地基处理方法研究

摘要]杭州菜博物馆地处西湖疏浚淤泥库区内,十年以来建设场地内吹填了大量的西湖淤泥,尚未完成自然沉积固结过程,平均深度达15m以上,该土层含水量高达249.2%,泥炭含量28.5%,属于沼泽地范畴。为保证人员的安全和施工机械的进入,通过真空联合堆载预压方法对该场地进行了地基处理,并对处理过程中场地的地表沉降、土体水平位移、膜下真空度、孔隙水压力、地下水位以及排水预压出水量进行了监测。处理完成后进行了土体的物理力学室内试验、现场十字板剪切及静力触探试验。地基处理施工全过程各项数据的监测结果表明工程地基处理的效果良好,为桩基础施工、地下室开挖等奠定了良好的基础。

Ground treatment technique research for Hangzhou Cuisine Museum in silt dredging area

Abstract: Hangzhou Cuisine Museum is located in West Lake silt dredging area, a large number of West Lake silt are filled in the construction site for ten years,but natural sedimentation and consolidation process are not completed. The average depth of the silt is 15 meters, the soil water content is as high as 249.2%, peat content of the silt is 28.5%, the construction site belongs to the swampland. In order to ensure the safety of personnel and construction machinery, the construction site is strengthened by vacuum combined with surcharge preloading technique,and the ground surface subsidence, horizontal displacement of soil, vacuum degree, pore water pressure, underground water level and water drainage preloading of the treatment process are monitored. After completion of processing the soil physical mechanics laboratory, field vane shear and static cone penetration are tested. The foundation treatment effect is good by the data of the monitoring results.
