重载大跨钢-混凝土组合梁支座负弯矩控制方法

摘要]以温州喜来登酒店宴会厅钢-混凝土组合屋盖工程为例,针对重载大跨组合梁负弯矩区截面应力与变形的控制,在分析组合梁的受力特性与成形特点的基础上,提出分阶段设计的方法。通过设置支座后浇带与转换节点,组合梁先以简支形态承担结构自重,后以固支形态承担外加荷载。介绍分阶段设计的具体内容以及由铰接转变为刚接的可转换节点的设计,通过现场堆载试验验证结构可靠性以及组合梁受压翼板混凝土有效宽度不同计算方法的精确度,对组合梁在连接方式、钢梁截面形式及翼板混凝土配筋等方面提出设计优化建议。

Control method of the support negative moment of long-span steel-concrete composite beams

Abstract: Based on the background of steel-concrete composite roof used in the ballroom of Wenzhou Sheraton Hotel, and on the basis of analysis of mechanical property and deformation characteristic of the composite beams, a multi-stage design method is proposed to control the beam’s sectional stress and deformation in the negative moment region. Composite beams designed by multi-stage method need to set post-pouring strip and conversion-joints at negative moment region, the beams bear self-weight with simply support first, and then bear external loads with rigid support. Specific design content, including the conversion-joints design is presented, field loading test verifies the reliability of the composite structure and the accuracy of different methods to calculate effective width of concrete compressed flange, some optimization proposal is suggested for steel-concrete composite design, in terms of joints connection, sectional form of steel beams and concrete flange reinforcement.
