某中学体育馆看台结构加固设计

摘要]介绍了防城港市高级中学体育看台的加固方案及具体加固措施。并根据其结构的特点,最终选择了钢桁架的加固方案。通过对加固前、后的结构进行有限元计算分析,验算了钢桁架的力学性能。此加固方法改变了框架梁的受力特点,使其从承受弯矩为主的构件变为承受轴力为主的压弯构件,不仅能很好解决原有结构截面不足、承载力不足、挠度过大等问题,而且大大降低了长柱的长细比,且受力简单、清晰,取得了良好的经济、社会效益。

Structural reinforcement design of a high school stadium stand

Abstract: Reinforcement scheme and measures of a high school stadium stand in Fangchenggang city were introduced. Steel truss reinforcement scheme was selected according to its structural characteristics. Through finite element analysis, mechanical properties of the steel truss were calculated. Stress characteristics of frame beams were changed by reinforcement methods, transforming it from members that withstand bending moment to the bending members that mainly bear axial forces. Problems such as the shortage of original structure section, insufficient bearing capacity and excessive deflection were solved, and the length slenderness ratio of the long column was greatly reduced. A simple and stable stress system was achieved and good economic, social effects were obtained.
