苏州中心广场连体超高层公寓结构分析与设计

谈丽华,张谨,郭一峰,朱寻焱,傅根洲,常瀚(苏州工业园区设计研究院股份有限公司, 苏州 215021)[摘要]苏州中心广场连体超高层公寓的核心筒较小,高宽比大大超出规范建议值。详细介绍了其抗震设计,结合工程特点及超限情况,确定结构的性能化抗震设计目标;对整体结构进行了性能化分析,并对连体桁架部分单独进行了结构分析设计。计算结果表明,所选结构体系合理、安全、可靠,结构各项性能均能达到预定的抗震性能目标。[关键词]超高层; 连体桁架; 性能化抗震设计; 楼板应力中图分类号:TU375,TU318 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1002-848X(2013)14-0019-06Analysis and design of the connected super high-rise apartment building of Centre Square of SuzhouTan Lihua, Zhang Jin, Guo Yifeng, Zhu Xunyan, Fu Genzhou, Chang Han(Suzhou Industrial Park Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd., Suzhou 215021, China)Abstract: Seismic design of the connected super high-rise apartment building of Centre Square of Suzhou was illustrated for the small core tube and large aspect ratio. Performance objectives of seismic design were proposed with consideration of the characteristic and the design beyond code limits. Performance-based seismic design was carried out for the structure, and the analysis of the connected truss was also carried out.
