苏州工业园区档案管理中心重叠体型超限设计关键技术

摘要]苏州工业园区档案管理中心各功能单体外化为棱柱、立方体、平板等几何体,似多块积木重叠错落搭建而成,属结构平面及竖向特别不规则、结构体系复杂、多项超规超限的建筑。本工程通过沿大跨悬挑块体的支撑体四周设置“环绕型内置式防震缝”化繁为简,将结构划分为3个独立的抗震单元,并且在薄弱部位设置防屈曲耗能减震支撑,减小地震反应。设计中对整个建筑进行动力弹塑性分析,并且对大悬挑空间桁架的方钢管相贯节点进行了有限元分析和试验验证,保证了整个设计项目的安全可靠,经济效果显著。

Key technology in the out-of-code design of overlapped shape building of  Suzhou Industrial Park Archives Center

Abstract: The overlapped building of Suzhou Industrial Park Archives Center, which is formed of prism, cube and plate shape units, looks like overlapped blocks. It is an out-of-code structure that is especially abnormity in horizontal and vertical direction. Interior round seismic joints are set around the support of big block of cantilever parts, which divide the building into three simple seismic parts. Buckling-restrained braces are set in weak parts to reduce seismic responses. Dynamic elastic-plastic analysis was carried out, and concrete-filled steel tubular joints were analyzed by finite element programs and testified by tests to ensure safety and save money.
