长春市老年大学结构设计

[摘要]长春市老年大学建筑场地在长轴方向高差达8m,给建筑的基坑降水及抗浮设计带来了较大的困难。由于建筑功能的需要,楼板大开洞较多并沿竖向贯通,形成平面不规则项超限。同时为满足建筑师的创意,西侧入口整体向内凹入,在顶部形成宽度17m、跨度50m的挑空檐口。该檐口采用钢管桁架体系,既减轻了结构自重,又能避免自重过大造成的作用于主体结构的较大水平地震作用。由于整体桁架位于室外且没有采暖,温度应力比较突出,支座采用变形能力较好的成品滑动铰支座。整体桁架采用MIDAS/Gen进行内力分析,关键节点采用ANSYS进行补充应力分析。

Structural design of Changchun university for the elderly

Abstract: The 8 meters relative elevation of construction site in long axis direction of building brings a lot trouble to the foundation ditch drainage and anti-floating design. According to architectural functions, large holes in the floors along the vertical direction of the building result in out-of-code irregular plane. To meet the architects’ ideas, the west entrance concaves in the building, which brings a 17m×50m large cantilevered eave on the top of the building. The cantilevered eave uses the steel tube truss system, which reduces the structural weight and eases seismic action of main structure caused by the excessive dead load. Sliding hinge supports with better deforming ability were adopted under the eave to solve the problem of temperature stress, which is outstanding because the truss is located outdoors without heating circumstances. The whole truss was analyzed by the MIDAS-GEN program and the key connections were analyzed by ANSYS in addition.
