十字门标志塔楼结构体系研究

[摘要]十字门标志塔楼建筑高322.9m,共61层,采用带伸臂桁架和腰桁架加强层的型钢混凝土框架-钢筋混凝土核心筒混合结构体系,属于高度超限建筑,同时存在构件间断及外框斜柱和核心筒采用斜墙实现筒体收进等不规则项。设计采用基于性能的抗震设计方法,分析表明,结构体系各项相关参数满足规范要求,结构整体及各构件的抗震性能均可达到预期的抗震性能目标。

Research on structural system of the Shizimen Iconic Tower

Abstract: Shizimen Iconic Tower has an architectural height of 322.9m with total 61 stories. The main structural system is mixed structure with steel reinforced concrete and frame-reinforced concrete of composite frame-core tube with outriggers and belt members. The tower is out-of-code high-rise building with a number of structural irregularity indexes, such as the member of discontinuous, outer frame inclined columns, and frame-core tube with inclined shear wall to achieve cylinder setback. Performance-based seismic design method was used in this tower. The research shows that relevant parameters can meet the code requirements, and the seismic performance of whole structure and each structural member can reach the expected objective.
