Q460等边角钢轴压杆受力性能研究*

[摘要]在了解国际上高强钢在输电塔工程研究领域发展状况的基础上,对Q460等边角钢进行极限承载力试验研究,为模拟角钢在实际结构中的受力,采用平面三角桁架结构模型,试件中的压杆长细比均为60。深入分析不同连接形式下的Q460角钢的破坏形态、极限承载力与连接腹杆的工作机理等。结果表明,长细比为60的子结构试验可真实反映构件在结构中的受力和实际端部约束状况。

Study on mechanical behavior of Q460 high strength equal angle steel components under axial compression

Abstract: According to the development of high-strength steel in the transmission towers project,the Q460 equal angle steels placed in the actual structure of the transmission tower were tested. The ultimate bearing capacity was investigated by using full size model of plane triangular truss with slenderness ratio 60. The damaged mode, the ultimate bearing capacity and the working mechanism connected with the belly of Q460 high-strength angle steel were analyzed. It shows that the substructure tests of slenderness ratio 60 can reflect the forced behaviors and actual constraints of the structural components.
