云南汇都国际B栋工程结构改造设计

[提要]结合云南汇都国际B栋大型商业建筑使用功能布局的改变,介绍了由此引起的结构方案的调整,包括合理的结构方案的选取、调整后方案的计算分析、节点构造的处理等主要改造措施。工程实践表明,结构改造加固时应针对具体的实际情况选用不同的加固方案,以期达到良好的工作性能,同时结构改造加固工程不应以牺牲抗震性能为代价;节点的处理在改造加固结构设计中占有重要地位。工程采用的方案不但解决了支撑点的问题,也满足了抗震的整体性能要求,而且尽可能为建筑提供了较大的使用空间,避免因改造而浪费,取得了较好的经济效果。

Structure Design for Renovation of Yunnan Huidu International Tower B/Wang Hualin, Zhang Jie, Li Ning (The Architecture Design and Research Institute of Guangdong Province, Guangzhou 510010, China)Abstract:Due to the change of service function in Yunnan Huidu International Tower B, which is a big scale commercial building, the adjusted structure scheme is done and presented, including optional schemes, calculation after adjustment and joints treatment. This project"s experience suggests that conditions alter renovation schemes to get good capability. Furthermore, the aseismic capability should not be sacrificed in renovation project. And the joint treatment plays an important role. The selected scheme not only solves the support problem, but also meets the overall aseismic requirement and provides sufficient service space. Waste is avoided and economical effect is obtained.
