《房屋结构安全鉴定标准》修订建议

郭猛1,徐健2,张彦辉1,徐福泉1,杜德杰1(1 中国建筑科学研究院, 北京 100013; 2 中国葛洲坝集团国际工程有限公司, 北京 100022)[摘要]我国20世纪五六十年代建成的多层砌体结构房屋使用至今已经超过50年,随着房屋自身材料性能的不断下降以及人们对房屋安全问题的重视,大量砌体结构房屋需要进行必要的安全性鉴定,由此给我国房屋结构安全鉴定的研究和规范编制及修订带来了更多的挑战。结合检测鉴定组近期进行的北京地区数十栋多层砌体结构房屋的安全鉴定工作经验,讨论了现行北京市地方标准《房屋结构安全鉴定标准》(DB11/T637—2009)需要改进的地方,并提出了相应的建议,以期为《房屋结构安全鉴定标准》的进一步修订提供参考。[关键词]《房屋结构安全鉴定标准》; 砌体结构; 修订建议中图分类号:TU352文献标识码:A文章编号:1002848X(2013)12009304Recommendation of revisions on Standard for structure safety appraiser of buildingsGuo Meng1, Xu Jian2, Zhang Yanhui1, Xu Fuquan1, Du Dejie1(1 China Academy of Building Research, Beijing 100013, China;2 China Gezhouba Group Company International Limited, Beijing 100022, China)Abstract:Multilayer masonry structure buildings constructed in 1950s’ and 1960s’ were used for more than fifty years in our country. With the degradation of the structural material properties, and the safety problems are constantly emphasized by people at the same time, a large number of masonry structure buildings need necessary safety appraiser, which also brings more challenge to people to research the structure safety appraiser standard.
