开孔波折板连接件破坏机理及承载力试验研究

[摘要]通过18组开孔波折板连接件的静载推出试验,研究了连接件的荷载滑移性能、应变(应力)发展规律和破坏机理,探讨了混凝土强度等级、开孔直径、贯穿钢筋直径及数量、波高、波折角度、开孔个数、双板间距等因素对开孔波折板连接件承载力和抗剪刚度的影响。结果表明,各组试件具有相似的滑移趋势,设置贯穿钢筋的连接件表现出塑性破坏特征;开孔波折板波折面受到较大的混凝土局压作用,焊接边钢板应力大于自由边钢板应力,贯穿钢筋应变随连接件波高的增加而减小;提高混凝土等级、增大开孔直径、增大贯穿钢筋面积和数量、增大波高等措施可提高开孔波折板连接件的受剪承载力,改变波折角度对连接件的受剪承载力影响较小;随着混凝土强度等级、贯穿钢筋面积及波高的增加,试件抗剪刚度也随之增大,而其他因素的改变对抗剪刚度无明显的影响;提出了开孔波折板连接件受剪承载力的计算公式,计算结果能较好地吻合试验值。

Experimental study on failure modes and bearing capacity of perforated
corrugated plate connectors

Abstract:The results from static pushout tests on eighteen groups perforated corrugated plate connector were presented, the loadslippage characteristics of perforated corrugated plate connector, the change rule of strain(stress) and the failure modes were studied, the effects of concrete compressive strength, the hole diameter, diameter and amount of the transverse rebar, the height of wave, the angle of bend, the hole number, the spacing of the connectors on bearing capacity and shearing stiffness were discussed. The conclusions showed that each specimen has the similar sliding tread. The specimens of setting the transverse rebar show plastic damage characteristics; the surface of twists and turns bear larger concrete local press; the misses stress of the welding side is greater than free side, the strain of transverse rebar decreasing with the increase of the height of wave; improving the concrete compressive strength, increasing the hole diameter, the area and amount of transverse rebar, the height of wave can increase the shearing capacity of perforated corrugated plate connector, while the different angles of bend have little influence on shearing capacity; with the increasing of concrete compressive strength, the area of transverse rebar and the height of wave, the shearing stiffness also becomes larger, while the change of other factors have no obvious influence on shearing stiffness. And the formulas for calculating the shear resistance of the perforated corrugated plate connector were presented, the calculation results are well agreement with the experimental results.
