钢梁-圆钢管混凝土柱穿心连接抗震性能试验研究

[摘要]
为研究钢梁圆钢管混凝土柱穿心连接的抗震性能,进行了3个大尺寸钢梁根部翼缘不处理的标准型、翼缘削弱型及翼缘扩大型节点试件的拟静力试验。试验结果表明:试件的破坏形态为钢梁根部坡口焊缝与钢管之间开裂,钢梁端部翼缘局部屈曲;钢梁悬臂端的极限位移角达004左右;钢梁固端弯矩悬臂端转角滞回曲线饱满;翼缘削弱型试件的极限承载力为标准型试件的78%。建议在抗震设计的建筑工程中,钢梁圆钢管混凝土柱可采用梁端部翼缘不处理的标准型穿心连接。

Test study on seismic behavior of through beam connections of steel beams
to circular concretefilled steel tube columns

Abstract:
To study seismic behavior of through beam connections of steel beams to circular concretefilled steel tube columns, quasistatic test of three largescale joint specimens with different steel beam flange were conducted. The test results indicate that: the failure modes of specimens are fracturing between the groove welds at the end of beam flange and the steel tube, and are local buckling of beam flanges; for all three specimens, the ultimate rotation at the cantilever end of steel beam reaches 004; the hysteretic loops of the steel beam fixed end momentcantilever end rotation are plump; the ultimate loadcarrying capacity of the flange weakened type specimen is 78% of that of the standard type specimen. It is recommended to use the standard type through beam connections of steel beams to circular concretefilled steel tube columns in the practice engineering projects.
