南京联强国际大厦深基坑支护设计与监测

摘 要

[提要]南京联强国际大厦深基坑支护工程基坑深14.9m,上部采用复合土钉墙(深层搅拌桩加土钉)支护,下部采用钻孔灌注桩加两层钢筋混凝土支撑进行支护,一排三轴深层搅拌桩止水。通过对支护结构体系的计算和基坑监测结果分析得出:基坑支护桩桩顶水平位移时空效应明显;桩身弯矩实测值介于水土合算值与分算值之间,水土分算比较安全;基坑开挖过程中必须做好坑壁防渗措施,以保护基坑周围的道路或建筑物。

Abstract: A 14.9m deep foundation pit in Nanjing Lianqiang International Building, using composite soil-nailed support upside and drilling-grouting pile with two concrete frames underside,is designed and monitored.The calculation and monitoring results show that the space-time effect of foundation pit shoring top level displacement is obvious,the test value of pole body"s bending moment is between the calculating values of estimating the water and the earth pressures together and separately, and the latter is safer.Some measures must be taken to prevent the leakage of the pit wall.These conclusions are useful for design and monitoring of the similar foundation pit.
