冷弯薄壁型钢-混凝土组合楼盖构造与设计

[摘要]冷弯薄壁型钢混凝土组合楼盖作为一种新型楼盖结构形式,需要从受力性能和构造方式方面进行更多的研究和认识。针对冷弯薄壁型钢混凝土组合楼盖的构造特点,从基本构件、紧固件、压型钢板与楼盖梁连接、楼盖梁腹板开孔、支座加劲件、梁与柱的安装、楼盖梁布置及支撑系统等方面,对其构造进行了详细阐述。最后,提出了冷弯薄壁型钢-混凝土组合楼盖的简化模型——T形组合梁的实用计算公式,以供工程设计参考和借鉴。

Construction and design of coldformed steel joists concrete composite floor

Abstract:The mechanical performance and construction method of coldformed steel joists concrete composite floor, which is a new floor structure system, should be more carefully studied. According to the structural characteristics of coldformed steel joists concrete composite floor, from basic components, fasteners, connection between profiled steel sheet and floor joists, holes on the web of floor joists, stiffeners of support saddle, installation method of beam and column, arrangement of floor joists, to bracing system and other aspects, the constructions were elaborated.   Practical calculation formula of Tshaped composite beam, which is the simplified model of cold\|formed steel joists concrete composite floor, was put forward, some research results were supplemented for reference in project design.
