梁式转换层梁柱受力性能研究

毛蓉方,王曙光,王滋军,杜东升 (南京工业大学土木工程学院, 南京 210009)[摘要]以常州凯悦中心11#商业住宅楼为例,验算了超限高层框架剪力墙结构梁式转换层梁柱构件在中震弹性工况下的承载力,采用ABAQUS软件对结构转换层的关键框支梁柱构件进行了大震工况下的局部应力计算分析,着重分析并获得了转换层框支梁柱混凝土中内置钢筋、内置型钢及混凝土的应力状态和塑性变形。研究结果表明:本工程梁式转换层部分在初步设计阶段确定的框支梁柱的尺寸及配筋是安全可靠的,满足其在中震弹性工况下的承载力要求以及在大震弹塑性工况下的应力和变形要求。[关键词]高层框架剪力墙; 转换层结构; 承载力; 有限元分析中图分类号:TU973.1+6文献标识码:A文章编号:1002848X(2013)12001505Study on mechanical behaviors of beams and columns of the girder transfer floorMao Rongfang, Wang Shuguang, Wang Zijun, Du Dongsheng(College of Civil Engineering, Nanjing University of Technology, Nanjing 210009, China)Abstract:The 11 # commercial residential building of Changzhou Kaiyue Center is taken for example to calculate the elastic bearing capacity of beams and columns of the girder transfer floor under the moderate earthquake. Local stress of key members of frame beams and columns supporting walls of the girder transfer floor under rare earthquake was analyzed using ABAQUS software. The stress state and plastic deformation of builtin rebars, builtin steel and concrete in the members were analyzed.
