北京光华路SOHO2采光顶双向张弦结构设计探讨

[摘要]光华路SOHO2采光顶采用双向张弦结构,由于张弦桁架上弦杆采用了T形钢梁,这种截面形式在国内张弦桁架中尚属首次使用,对张弦桁架的找形分析、T形梁放置方向和节点形式等需要考虑和解决的主要技术问题进行探讨。为了既满足建筑造型,又符合结构受力,同时保证加工制作的经济性,建议T形梁水平放置、T形梁节点采用铸钢节点。本项目的施工张拉控制十分重要,施工前必须进行准确的施工模拟计算,及时进行施工监测,保证张拉过程的顺利完成。

Design on bidirectional truss string structure of skylight of SOHO2 on Guanghua road in Beijing

Abstract:Bi-directional truss string structure is adopted in the skylight of SOHO2 on Guanghua road in Beijing. As the top chords of the truss have Tshaped sections which appear firstly in truss string structures in China. The truss formfinding analysis, the layout direction and joint type of Tshaped beams are primary issues to consider and solve. To satisfy architectural requirements and structural demands as well as the economy, it is suggested that Tshaped beams should be placed horizontally and cast steel joints are preferred. The prestressed control of construction is very important. In order to finish the prestressed process successfully, the accurate construction simulation analysis is needed before construction and the timely monitoring is needed in construction.
