[摘要]多塔结构整体设计分析难度大、可操作性差,难于考察各塔楼的静、动力特性。对于裙房刚度远大于塔楼刚度的多塔结构,可将整体模型简化为裙房模型和单塔模型进行设计,并将单塔模型的地震力进行一定比例放大。通过设置翼墙、加厚楼板与加强楼板配筋等措施来减小塔楼间楼板内的拉压应力。

Discussion on practical simplified design method of multitower structure with large stiffness podium

Abstract:It is difficult to operate and analysis a multitower structure with an overall modal. Meanwhile, it is tough to study on the static and dynamic characteristics of each tower in an overall modal. For a multitower structure whose podiums stiffness is much larger than each singletowers, the overall modal can be simplified to the podium modal and each singletower modals whose seismic forces were scaled. By setting the wing walls, thickening the slabs and increasing the reinforcement, the tension and compression stress in the slabs between towers could be reduced.
