大底盘单塔偏置建筑的结构设计

何富华,罗志国(广州市住宅建筑设计院有限公司， 广州 510623)［摘要］广州猎德地块酒店为大底盘单塔偏置的框架剪力墙结构。基于概念设计，设定了结构的抗震性能目标。结构的弹性地震反应分析表明，结构设计达到了设定的性能目标。详细分析了塔楼偏置给结构带来的不利影响：裙房分担了30%的塔楼水平力；楼偏置加剧了裙房的扭转效应；塔楼和裙房相互“牵扯”。针对以上不利影响提出了相应的加强措施，可为其他类似的塔楼偏置建筑的结构设计提供参考。［关键词］塔楼偏置； 竖向不规则； 扭转不规则； 楼板有限元分析中图分类号：TU318，TU9732文献标识码：A文章编号：1002848X(2013)11005505Structural design of an eccentric tower building with large podiumHe Fuhua, Luo Zhiguo（Guangzhou Residential Architecture Design Institute Co., Ltd., Guangzhou 510623, China）Abstract:Guangzhou Liede Hotel is a framecorewall structure with an eccentric tower and a large podium. Seismic performance objectives of the structure were determined based on the conceptual design. Elastic analysis indicated the performance objectives were fulfilled. Bad impact brought by eccentricity of tower included that podium shared 30% of the total horizontal force, that eccentric tower enhanced the torsion effect of the podium and the tower and the podium interacted with each other.
