成都地区超高层建筑砂卵石土地基承载力取值探讨

谭方,吴帅,黄宗芳,陈哲(广州市住宅建筑设计院有限公司, 广州 510623)[摘要]以成都熊猫城二期为例,通过原位平板荷载试验,并结合数值分析结果,探讨了合理确定地基承载力的方法,通过增加抗浮锚杆提高超载,修正后的承载力可满足设计要求。用原位试验的变形模量计算建筑物的沉降量,经成都地区经验修正后,接近实测值且平均沉降量较小。天然基础的成功应用可为类似工程提供参考。[关键词]砂卵石土; 地基承载力; 深宽修正; 超载中图分类号:TU4711+5文献标识码:A文章编号:1002848X(2013)11003003Discussion on ground bearing capacity of the sandy pebble in the foundation of tall buildings in Chengdu areaTan Fang, Wu Shuai, Huang Zongfang, Chen Zhe (Guangzhou Residential Architectural Design Institute Co., Ltd., Guangzhou 510623, China)Abstract:Taking the actual case of Chengdu Panda City Ⅱ as an example, based on the insitu plate loading tests and numerical analysis results, the reasonable determination method of ground bearing capability was discussed. The overcharge was improved through increasing the numbers of antifloating anchor, so revised bearing capacity can meet the design requirement. The deformation modulus from the insitu plate loading tests was used to calculate the settlement. Modified by the experience in Chengdu area, the calculation results agree well with the measured settlements and the average settlement is small.
