天津响螺湾超高层结构消能减震及风振控制实例分析

[摘要]列举了粘滞阻尼器在国内外高层建筑项目抗风抗震设计上的实际工程应用,并介绍国际相关部门对此做的研究成果,充分说明粘滞阻尼器在保护结构方面的显著效果。同时以天津响螺湾A09地块实际工程项目为例,通过分析结构层间位移角、楼层剪力及风振加速度的变化,得出粘滞阻尼器在该项目中明显的减震效果和风振控制作用。最后,用等效对比的方法分别估算了不同工况下粘滞阻尼器的附加阻尼比。

Application analysis of energy dissipation and wind vibration control
for the highrise building of Xiangluowan in Tianjin

Abstract:The wind and seismic resistance engineering applications of viscous dampers in highrise building projects at home and abroad were listed, and the international relevant departments researches were introduced, which fully showed that viscous damper has significant effect on structure protection. Taking the practical project of block A09 of Xiangluowan in Tianjin as an example, through analyzing the changes in structure interlayer displacement angle, floor shear force and wind vibration acceleration, the obvious seismic reduction effect and wind vibration control effect of viscous damper were obtained. Finally, the additional damping ratio of viscous damper in different cases was estimated by the equivalent contrast method, respectively.
