超高层建筑地下工程逆作法方案优选

[摘要]超高层建筑地下工程造价高、工期长,与业主加快资金周转速度的需求之间矛盾突出,不同类型的逆作法逐渐成为缩短地下工程工期的首选。结合不同地质条件下的若干实际工程,对地下工程施工方案进行了综合对比分析,并对全逆作法、逆作正挖法及部分逆作法的设计关键技术及施工要点进行了阐述。对不同场地条件下逆作方案的选择提出了建议。

Scheme optimization of top-down construction method for underground engineering of super highrise buildings

Abstract:The underground engineering of super highrise buildings has high cost and long construction period, which comes into conflict with the owners demand of accelerating the capital turnover rate. Various types of top-down construction methods gradually develop into the first choice to reduce the construction period of underground engineering. Combined with some practical projects in different geological conditions, comprehensive comparisons for underground engineering schemes were made, and the key points in design and construction stage of topdown construction, topdown construction with inverse excavation and partial topdown construction were introduced. Some suggestions for topdown construction scheme in different site conditions were given as references.
