三亚海棠湾七星级酒店超高层结构设计

贾勇, 蔡文杰, 彭肇才(中建国际(深圳)设计顾问有限公司, 深圳 518000)[摘要]三亚海棠湾七星级酒店为框架剪力墙结构,高度为144.2m;结构最大悬挑30m,平面狭长,存在扭转不规则、结构偏心率大于0.15、楼板不连续、尺寸突变等超限情况。根据本项目特点进行了时程分析、罕遇地震下的Pushover分析,采用SAP2000进行施工模拟分析,并采用ABAQUS对结构的关键节点进行了有限元分析,证明了结构的合理性,并提出了相应的抗震加强措施。[关键词]超高层结构;大悬挑;时程分析;施工模拟分析;Pushover中图分类号:TU973.1+6 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1002-848X(2013)10-0045-05Structure design on super high-rise building of Sanya Haitangwan seven-star hotelJia Yong, Cai Wenjie, Peng Zhaocai(China Construction (Shenzhen) Design International Co., Ltd., Shenzhen 518000, China)Abstract: Sanya Haitangwan seven-star hotel is a frame-shear wall structure with the height of 144.2m. The hotel has some out-of-codes properties, such as the largest cantilever of 30m, a long and narrow plane, the irregular torsion under earthquake, the structure eccentricity larger than 0.15, discontinuous floors, and the size mutation. The time-history analysis, Pushover analysis under rare earthquake and construction simulation analysis of SAP2000 were taken to analyze the super high-rise building. Key joints were analyzed by ABAQUS software.
