黄河口模型试验厅新型张弦网壳组合结构设计

[摘要]黄河口模型试验厅工程是一座水利模型试验建筑,设计中采用了148m跨度的新型张弦网壳组合结构,较好地实现了建筑功能及造型的需求。基于工程实践,全面介绍了工程结构设计中的关键技术问题,涉及结构选型、张拉应力的合理控制、特殊支座的处理、设计施工一体化计算分析、抗风设计、大震弹塑性设计、防连续倒塌设计。在设计过程中,利用Rhinoceros软件建立了大跨度张弦网壳结构的三维空间几何模型,进行了风洞试验和风致振动分析,基于整体结构的三维地震作用、重力荷载作用、雪荷载作用、等效风荷载作用及温度作用下的结构响应分析,验证了该结构的可靠性、安全性、合理性。

Design on hybrid structures composed of truss strings and reticulated shell of Yellow River Estuary Model Hall

Abstract: Yellow River Estuary Model Hall is a hydrodynamic model building. Hybrid structures composed of truss strings and reticulated shell with the span of 148 meters is adopted, which meets the demand of building function and appearance. Key technologies were presented, such as the selection of structure type, control of tension stress, treatment of special supports, analysis of design-construction integration, wind-resistant design, elastic-plastic design under rare earthquake and continuous collapse prevention design. Three-dimensional model of the large span structure was established with the Rhinoceros software in design. Wind tunnel test and wind-induced vibration analysis were carried out. Structural responses under three-dimensional seismic action, gravity load, snow load, equivalent wind load and temperature effect were analyzed. The results verify the reliability, security and rationality of the structure.
