钢筋再生混凝土梁受力性能试验研究*

[摘要]为了研究钢筋再生混凝土梁的受力性能,设计并制作了6根钢筋再生混凝土梁试件,进行静力单调加载试验,观察不同剪跨比下钢筋再生混凝土梁的破坏过程及破坏形态,绘制出荷载-变形、荷载-应变等关系曲线,分析了再生粗骨料取代率、剪跨比对试件极限承载力的影响;采用规范公式计算试件极限承载力和刚度并与试验值进行对比分析。结果表明:再生混凝土梁与普通混凝土梁破坏过程和形态相似,根据剪跨比的不同,表现为剪切斜压和弯曲破坏两种形态;随着再生粗骨料取代率的增加,试件的极限承载力略有降低,而随着剪跨比的增大,极限承载力则显著降低;现行混凝土规范方法可适用于钢筋再生混凝土梁的极限承载力及短期刚度计算。

Experimental study on mechanical behavior of reinforced recycled aggregate concrete beams

Abstract: In order to reveal the mechanical behavior of reinforced recycled aggregate concrete beams, 6 specimens were designed for the test. The failure process and modes, load-deformation and load strain curves were obtained from the experiment. Based on the test data, the influence of recycled aggregate replacement ratio and shear span ratio on the bearing capacity were analyzed. The ultimate bearing capacity and stiffness calculated by code formula were compared with the test values. The results show that the failure pattern of reinforced recycled aggregate concrete beams is similar to that of ordinary reinforced concrete beams. Two types of failure patterns, which are shear pressure failure and bending failure, are appeared for different shear span ratios. With the increase of recycled aggregate replacement ratio, the ultimate bearing capacity slightly decreases, but it decreases obviously with the increase of shear span ratio. Methods in concrete code could be applied to the calculations of ultimate bearing capacity and short-term stiffness of reinforced recycled concrete beams.
