不锈钢对接焊缝连接试验及设计建议*

邹若梦,董军,金晓兰(南京工业大学新型钢结构研究所, 南京 210009)[摘要]焊缝连接是不锈钢结构中主要的连接方式之一。对常用的奥氏体304不锈钢,进行了不锈钢结构对接焊缝连接受力性能试验,共10组120个试件,分别考虑焊条电弧焊(SMAW)、钨极氩弧焊(TIG)和熔化极氩弧焊(MIG)3种焊接工艺和5种板厚。得到了对接焊缝的极限荷载和极限变形,以及焊缝和热影响区强度与母材强度的关系。将试验结果与国外不锈钢结构设计规范以及我国钢结构设计规范进行了对比,提出了适用于我国不锈钢结构对接焊缝连接的设计建议。[关键词]不锈钢;对接焊缝;试验研究;设计建议中图分类号:TU392.6 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1002-848X(2013)09-0083-05Experiments and design suggestions for stainless steel weld connectionsZou Ruomeng, Dong Jun, Jin Xiaolan(Institute of Steel Structures, Nanjing University of Technology, Nanjing 210009, China)Abstract: Weld connection is one of the main connection types for stainless steel structures. One hundred and twenty specimens of butt weld connections made of austenitic stainless steel 304 were tested with different weld procedures such as SMAW, TIG and MIG and five kinds of plate thicknesses. The results obtained the ultimate load and deformation of butt weld connection, and the relationship between the strength of weld metal, metal in heat affected zone and base metal.
