珠江新城核心区市政交通项目底板混凝土早期应力分析

[提要]广州珠江新城核心区市政交通工程底板属于大体积、超长混凝土结构,控制水泥水化热温升、防止混凝土出现有害温度裂缝是设计与施工中的关键问题。选取混凝土后浇带之间的典型结构单元,运用ANSYS软件,分析了60d养护期内底板温度、应力的分布和变化规律,深入探讨后浇带间距、环境温度、入槽温度、养护方式和养护时间等影响因素,在此基础上提出了控制水化热温升和裂缝的若干具体措施。

Analysis on Early Ages’ Stress in Foundation Slab of Infrastructure & Transport Project in Zhujiang New Town Core Area/Deng Hanrong, Guo Kai, Jiang Yunlin (The Architectural Design and Research Institute of Guangdong Province, Guangzhou 510010, China)
Abstract:Foundation slab of Infrastructure & Transport Project of Guangzhou Zhujiang New Town Core Area belongs to mass and supe-long concrete structure. The key problems in design and construction include how to control the temperature-rise caused by cement hydration heat and avoid concrete temperature cracks. Using ANSYS software, the distribution and variation disciplines of a typical structure element between post-pouring strips during 60 days curing period are studied. Furthermore, the influencing factors such as space between post-pouring strips, air temperature, initial temperature, curing methods and curing duration are researched. Based on these research results, some practical measurements for controlling temperature-rise and cracks are proposed.
