钢框架柱外传力式节点试验与有限元分析

[摘要]基于2个新型柱外传力式节点和2个传统节点的试验结果,采用大型有限元软件ANSYS对节点在单调荷载作用下的受力性能进行有限元分析,研究了两类节点的极限荷载、应力分布、应力发展规律、破坏形态。有限元计算得到的荷载位移曲线和局部破坏形态与试验结果吻合较好。研究结果表明,增设传力板使得节点应力得到改善,从而避免梁根部应力发展导致梁柱连接处焊缝过早地发生脆性破坏,而且增设传力板使得节点承载力得到提高。

Experiment and finite element analysis on the behavior of connections of  steel frame joints transferring forces outside columns

Abstract: Based on experimental results of two -steel frame joints transferring forces outside columns and two ordinary joints, the mechanical properties of two kinds of joints under static loading were calculated by ANSYS software. The ultimate load, distribution of stresses, development rule of stresses, and failure mode of two kinds of joints were investigated. The load-displacement curves and local failure modes by finite element analysis show good agreement with those of the experiments. Analytical results indicate that the stresses of joints are improved by adding transfer plates, thereby the premature brittle fracture near the butt weld with high stresses is avoided. All the bearing capacities of joints are improved by adding transfer plates.
