绿建大厦斜撑转换结构设计

夏炎,姜月林,凌菁华,张宏(江苏绿色都建工程顾问有限公司, 南京 210008)[摘要]江苏绿建大厦为16层框架-剪力墙结构,为了取得底部大空间,采用穿越两层的人字形斜撑转换上部三榀框架柱承担的14层的荷载,转换跨度16.8m。对斜撑转换进行了分析,认为工程中斜撑转换跨度大、荷载大,力学概念清晰,转换效率高,有效减轻了结构自重,节省了造价。同时结构整体竖向刚度协调,具有良好的抗震性能。工程中对斜撑转换的节点进行了加强,并研究了该种结构的设计要点。[关键词]高层建筑; 斜撑转换; 结构设计; 转换层中图分类号:TU318 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1002-848X(2013)09-0052-05Structural design of the transfer truss in Lvjian buildingXia Yan, Jiang Yuelin, Ling Jinghua, Zhang Hong(Jiangsu Green DuJian Engineering Consultants, Nanjing 210008, China)Abstract: Jiangsu Lvjian building is a 16-story fame-shear wall structure. To get large space at the bottom, twostory high herringbone diagonal brace with 16.8 meters span was applied to bear the loads from upper 14 stories via three columns. Analysis shows that the diagonal brace has large span, big load, clear mechanics concept and high transfer efficiency, and can help to reduce the gravity load of structure and save the cost. The vertical stiffness of the integral structure is coordinated, which indicates well seismic performance.
