鄂尔多斯东胜体育场开合屋盖结构设计

[摘要]在鄂尔多斯东胜体育场设计中,提出开合屋盖系统的预期性能特征和设计标准,包括机械装置和控制系统的性能标准,用于指导驱动控制元件的设计和开发,并确保屋盖在整个使用年限中的适用性。鄂尔多斯东胜体育场开合屋盖由两个单元块组成,每片开合屋盖沿跨度方向共设置4道主桁架,采用三角形截面空间桁架,主桁架的平面布置与固定屋盖的主桁架完全对应。沿开合屋盖纵向布置两道桁架,增强主桁架的侧向稳定性,并为尾部的弧形造型提供支撑条件。每片开合屋盖两侧各有7个台车安装于边桁架下方,开合屋盖通过台车、轨道等部件将开合屋盖的风荷载、温度和地震作用等顺利地传递到固定屋盖上。开合屋盖的结构形式与屋盖开启方式紧密结合,具有较大的变形适应能力。严格控制开合屋盖的结构自重,选择膜材作为围护结构,减小驱动动力需求。对屋盖开启过程中结构的变形特点与台车反力的变化情况进行了详细分析,并对开合屋盖的动力特性与地震响应进行了全面计算。

Structural design on retractable roof of Ordos Dongsheng Stadium

Abstract: In order to conduct the design of roof drive control component and ensure the applicability in its all service life, expected performance characteristics and design standards of the mechanical device and drive control system were put forward in the design of Ordos Dongsheng Stadium.The retractable roof of Ordos Dongsheng Stadium consists of two independent parts that are made of four main triangular trusses along the span direction, and the four main trusses are exactly correspondent with the main trusses of fixed roof. In order to strengthen lateral stability of the main trusses of retractable roof and provide support for the curved tail truss, two longitudinal main trusses in the retractable roof were designed. Each part of the retractable roof has 7 vehicles on each side under the longitudinal side truss, and the wind loads, seismic loads and temperature loads are effectively transferred from the retractable roof to the fixed roof by the vehicles and track truss etc. Structural form and opening mode of the retractable roof   are perfectly matched and own strong ability to adapt to the deformation. For reducing the power demand of drive system, the self weight of the retractable roof was controlled strictly and membrane material was selected as palisade structure for the retractable roof. The deformation characters of the retractable roof and counterforce of the vehicles in the moving process as well as dynamic characteristics and seismic response of the retractable roof were analyzed comprehensively.
