CFG桩复合地基在某超高层建筑中的应用

邓日海1,罗铁生2(1 广西华蓝岩土工程有限公司, 南宁 530001; 2 阳光100置业集团有限公司, 北京 100026)[摘要]某超高层建筑,地上43层,地下2层,为框剪结构,采用筏板基础。采用CFG桩复合地基进行地基处理,设计要求处理后CFG桩复合地基承载力特征值为820kPa,是目前国内采用复合地基技术提高地基承载力幅度最大的工程。施工后,经静载试验检测表明,地基承载力满足设计要求。建筑物沉降观测显示地基变形基本稳定,平均沉降量为45.16mm。[关键词]超高层建筑;CFG桩复合地基;复合地基承载力特征值;单桩承载力特征值;复合土层的复合模量中图分类号:TU472 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1002-848X(2013)08-0092-05Application of CFG pile-composite foundation in a super tall buildingDeng Rihai1, Luo Tiesheng2(1 Guangxi Hualan Geotechnical Engineering Co., Ltd., Nanning 530001, China; 2 Sunshine100 Real Estate Group Co., Ltd., Beijing 100026, China)Abstract: The super tall building is frame-shear wall structure with 43 floors overground and 2 floors underground, which adopts raft foundation. CFG pile-composite foundation was used to meet the requirements of the characteristic value of the foundation bearing capacity (820kPa). This project is the largest one in improvement of the foundations bearing capacity by technology of CFG pile-composite foundation in domestic. The foundation bearing capacity can meet the requirements according to the result of static loading test.
