楼盖体系对框架-核心筒结构性能的影响分析

苏云鹏,肖嘉,韩合军(中国电子工程设计院, 北京100840)[摘要]根据楼面梁端部的连接形式可将框架-核心筒结构常采用的楼盖体系分为三种:1)楼面梁与外框架和内筒均为铰接连接(铰接楼盖);2)楼面梁与外框架刚接连接但与内筒铰接连接(半刚接楼盖);3)楼面梁与外框架和内筒均为刚接连接(刚接楼盖)。通过某高层混合结构的具体算例详细探讨了三种楼盖体系对结构整体刚度的影响、对外框架与核心筒剪力墙之间内力分配的影响以及对外框架内力的影响,并提出了铰接节点设计应考虑楼面梁轴力的不利因素,最后总结了各种楼盖体系的适用范围。[关键词]高层建筑; 楼盖体系; 混合结构; 框架-核心筒; 结构性能中图分类号:TU318.2 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1002-848X(2013)08-0014-05Analysis on performance of frame-core wall structure with different floor systemsSu Yunpeng, Xiao Jia, Han Hejun(China Electronics Engineering Design Institute, Beijing 100840, China)Abstract: According to different connection forms of floor beam, the floor system, which is commonly used in frame-core wall structure, can be categorized into three groups: 1) floor beam hinged to both outer gimbal and inner tube; 2) floor beam hinged to inner tube but rigidly connected to outer gimbal; 3) floor beam rigidly connected to both outer gimbal and inner tube. For the three floor systems, the influence on structure stiffness, internal force distribution between outer gimbal and inner tube, and internal force of the frame was discussed by analysis of a high-rise hybrid structure. Axial force of floor beam should be considered for the first and the second kind of floor systems in design.
