昆明同德广场超限设计

郑少昌，郑建东（广州瀚华建筑设计有限公司, 广州 510655）［摘要］昆明市同德广场为新建大型商业建筑，采用框剪结构，具有楼板不连续、扭转不规则、构件间断等不规则类型，属超限高层建筑工程。介绍了该结构的超限设计，包括结构选型、弹性计算、弹性时程分析和动力弹塑性计算等。分析结果表明结构整体能达到设计所定的抗震设防目标。［关键词］框架-剪力墙结构； 楼板不连续； 静力弹塑性分析； 动力弹塑性分析中图分类号：TU973.3+1 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1002-848X(2013)08-0010-04Overlimit design for Kunming Tongde plazaZheng Shaochang, Zheng Jiandong(Guangzhou Hanhua Architects+Engineers LTD., Guangzhou 510655, China)Abstract: Kunming Tongde plaza which is a new large market in Kunming city is a frame-shear wall structure. The discontinuous floors, irregular torsion and discontinuous members are the most characteristics of this overlimit structure. Overlimit designs of the structure were introduced, such as the structural type selection, elastic analysis, elastic time history analysis, dynamic elastic-plastic analysis and so on.
