中轻级工作制钢吊车梁疲劳计算的探讨

吴耀华1,何文汇2(1 中冶建筑研究总院有限公司, 北京 100088; 2 中国京冶工程技术有限公司, 北京 100088)[摘要]针对《钢结构设计规范》(GB 50017—2003)中“至于轻级工作制吊车梁和吊车桁架以及大多数中级工作制吊车梁,根据多年来使用的情况和设计经验,可不进行疲劳计算”的条文说明,对不同钢材和不同工作级别的吊车梁进行了疲劳计算和比较。结果表明:对中轻级工作制吊车梁,采用Q235和Q345钢时,可不进行疲劳计算,截面选取由承载力计算控制;采用Q390和Q420钢时,需要进行疲劳验算。对于重级工作制的吊车梁,采用Q235,Q345,Q390,Q420钢时均需要进行疲劳计算。同时还提出了相应的构造措施和钢材质量等级选用要求,使吊车梁的疲劳计算的范围和计算内容更为清晰明确。[关键词]吊车梁; 吊车工作制; 疲劳计算中图分类号:TU391文献标识码:A文章编号:1002848X(2013)06001705Exploration on fatigue calculation of light or intermediate duty steel crane beamWu Yaohua1, He Wenhui2(1 Central Research Institute of Building and Construction MCC, Beijing 100088, China;2 China Jingye Engineering Technology Co., Ltd., Beijing 100088, China)Abstract:According to national code Design code for steel structures(GB 50017—2003)commentary: “Based on the performance through long term use and design experience, fatigue calculation is not needed for light level duty crane beam and crane truss and most intermediate duty crane beam”, fatigue performance of crane beams with different steel and different duty level were calculated and compared. The results show that for light or intermediate level duty crane beam, fatigue calculation is not needed when Q235 or Q345 steel is used, because its bearing capacity play the decisive role on this occasion, fatigue calculation is necessary while Q390 or Q420 steel is used; and that for heavy duty crane beam, fatigue calculation is necessary for Q235, Q345, Q390 or Q420 steel.
