广东省博物馆新馆节点设计及新技术运用

[提要]广东省博物馆新馆采用了钢管混凝土预应力桁架对挑悬挂结构体系,节点构造复杂。通过对关键节点的合理设计,较好地解决了钢结构与混凝土、钢结构与预应力之间的关系,并进行了节点有限元分析及节点试验的检验。工程中的主要节点在满足结构受力的前提下,同时兼顾了造价及施工方面的要求。另外,通过内置钢管混凝土剪力墙、钢管混凝土桁架、钢结构预应力、减振措施及内置加气混凝土砌块钢筋混凝土楼板等新技术的运用,在控制用钢量的同时极大地提高了结构安全性。

Node Design and New Techniques Application in Guangdong Province Museum/Li Na, Wang Hualin, Chen Xing (The Architectural Design and Research Institute of Guangdong Province, Guangzhou 510010, China)Abstract:The Guangdong province museum applies the suspension structure system, in which the overhang truss is made of concrete filled pre-stressed steel pipe. Since the node is complex, through reasonable design for some essential nodes, verification with FEM analysis and model loading test, a reasonable solution is obtained, which get the balance between steel and concrete structure, and between the steel and the pre-stressed structure. The main nodes satisfy not only the structural design, but also the construction cost and contingency. Moreover, the application of new techniques, including the CFST embedded shear wall, the concrete filled steel pipe truss, the pre-stressed steel structure, the anti-vibration measure and the aero-concrete artificial brick RC floor, can control the steel assumption and increase the safety of structure.
