配置局部钢纤维的钢筋混凝土板受冲切承载力试验研究*

谢晓鹏1,岳鹏威1,高丹盈2(1 郑州航空工业管理学院土木建筑工程学院, 郑州 450015; 2 郑州大学土木工程学院, 郑州 450002)[摘要]通过对13块无腹筋简支整浇双向板的试验研究,探讨了混凝土强度、钢纤维体积率和钢纤维掺加范围对板冲切承载力的影响,分析了板冲切的破坏机构。试验结果表明,板冲切承载力随混凝土强度和钢纤维体积率的增大而提高,并存在2.0%的最佳钢纤维体积率。随着钢纤维掺加范围的增加,局部钢纤维高强混凝土板冲切承载力呈线性提高,但掺加范围增大到2倍板厚以上时,冲切承载力基本不再提高。根据试验结果,参照现行规范,并考虑主要影响因素,提出了适用于钢筋混凝土板、配置局部钢纤维的钢筋混凝土板以及钢纤维钢筋混凝土板冲切承载力的计算公式,计算结果与试验结果吻合较好。[关键词]钢纤维; 钢筋混凝土板; 冲切承载力中图分类号:TU375.2,TU317.1 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1002-848X(2013)05-0082-06Experimental research on punching shear bearing capacity of locally steel fiber reinforced concrete slabsXie Xiaopeng1, Yue Pengwei1 , Gao Danying2(1 School of Civil Construction Engineering, Zhengzhou Institute of Aeronautical Industry Management,Zhengzhou 450015, China; 2 School of Civil Engineering, Zhengzhou University, Zhengzhou 450002, China)Abstract: The influences of concrete strength, steel fiber volume fraction and additional range on the punching shear bearing capacity of slabs were discussed through the experiment of 13 two-way slabs with simply supported. Multiple mechanisms for punching shear failure were analyzed. The experimental results show that the punching shear bearing capacity of the slabs increases with the increasing of concrete strength or steel fiber volume fraction. The optimal steel fiber volume fraction(2.0%)was obtained. With the increasing of the volume fraction or additional range of steel fiber, the punching shear bearing capacity of steel fiber locally reinforced high strength concrete slabs increases linearly. The punching shear bearing capacity hardly increases when additional range of steel fiber is improved more than two times of slab thickness.
