钢管混凝土管节点疲劳试验研究

[摘要]为深入研究钢管混凝土管节点的应力集中及疲劳性能,设计了钢管混凝土管节点的疲劳试验,并结合有限元的计算,对管节点的应力集中、疲劳裂纹的开裂源、裂纹扩展规律等疲劳相关特性进行了研究,对于变幅加载情况下的寿命进行了等效计算,并通过试验进行验证,在焊接接头良好的情况下,疲劳强度可达到较高的水平。

Experimental research on fatigue of tubular joints in concrete-filled steel tube

Abstract: For the further research on the stress concentration and fatigue property of tubular joints in concrete-filled steel tube, and the fatigue test was carried out, and the finite element was used to study the stress concentration, cracking source of fatigue, the rule of crack expansion and related features of fatigue. The life of changed load was calculated. The result verifies that the fatigue strength can achieve higher levels of performance if the welded joints are in a good condition.
