九江文化中心自由曲面钢屋盖结构设计

[摘要]九江文化中心钢屋盖外形为造型轻盈的自由曲面,根据不同部位的受力特点,采用由双层螺栓球网壳、空间管桁架、树状支撑系统杂交而成的空间网格结构。重点介绍了钢屋盖的结构体系布置、静载分析、动力特性、整体稳定及多维多点地震响应分析。分析结果表明:关键部位的管桁架有效地增强了结构的整体刚度;树状支撑与大跨屋盖共同形成了高效的拱形受力机理;跨越多栋建筑的钢屋盖需进行多维多点地震响应分析;曲面的面外变形可显著地降低温度应力。

Structural design on the free-form steel roof for Jiujiang Cultural Centre

Abstract: The shape of steel roof for Jiujiang Cultural Centre is light free-form surface. According to the mechanical characteristics of different parts, the steel roof adopts spatial latticed structure which is consisted of double-layer reticulated shell, space tube truss and dendritic support system. Structural layout, static analysis, dynamic characteristic, overall stability and multi-dimensional and multi-support earthquake excitation analysis were mainly introduced. The results indicate that: the tube truss arrangement in key positions enhances the structural rigidity effectively; the dendritic support together with large-span roof is served as arched stress mechanism; the steel roof which spans multiple buildings needs multi-dimensional and multi-support earthquake excitation analysis; out-of-plane deformation of free-form structure reduces temperature stress significantly.
