某叠角超限高层结构分析与设计

朱萱(同济大学建筑设计研究院(集团)有限公司, 上海 200092)[摘要]常州市某综合病房大楼平面由两个叠角矩形结构组成,结构于裙房顶收进形成退台,尺度较大且复杂,属超限高层结构。结构形式采用框架和三个筒体组成的框架-剪力墙结构。针对结构平面叠角和竖向收进,采用了基于性能的抗震设计,在宏观上把握结构的薄弱部位,有针对性地采取加强措施。计算结果表明,结构的工作状态和性能均能达到设计的预期性能目标和规范要求。局部密肋楼板和预应力混凝土梁的运用保证了建筑功能的实现。[关键词]平面叠角;竖向收进;框架-剪力墙结构;性能设计;弹塑性分析;密肋楼盖;预应力混凝土中图分类号:TU318 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1002-848X(2013)05-0011-07Design and analysis on a corner-overlap tall building beyond code limitsZhu Xuan(Architectural Design & Research Institute of Tongji University (Group) Co., Ltd., Shanghai 200092, China)Abstract: The plane of a clinical tall building in Changzhou was composed of two corner-overlap rectangular structures. The structure is backward to form back stage on the roof of the podium, and is beyond code limits because of large scale and complexity. Frame-shear wall structure was used, and the shear wall consisted of three core-walls. Performance-based seismic design was adopted aiming at the structure corner-overlap and vertical setback. The weak members were distinguished on the whole and were strengthened by pertinent measures. The results show that the functional state and performance of the structure can meet the design goals of the performance and code requirement.
