合肥华润中心超限结构设计要点

吴国勤, 傅学怡, 李建伟, 邵建伟(悉地国际设计顾问(深圳)有限公司, 深圳 518048)[摘要]合肥华润中心结构设置一道防震缝兼作伸缩缝,将整体结构分成北部大底盘双塔及南部裙房两个部分。主要针对北部大底盘双塔部分的结构设计进行阐述。通过大底盘双塔结构及单塔结构两种模型的分析比较,得到塔楼的主要性能、塔楼及裙房地震剪力的传递规律;进行了全过程的施工模拟,考察超长结构温度效应及加强措施;针对塔楼跨层柱进行了屈曲分析,保证跨层柱的稳定性;对塔楼墙转柱区域进行了精细的有限元计算分析,保证转换区域结构的安全性。[关键词]超高层结构;防震伸缩缝;大底盘双塔结构;跨层柱;超长结构;墙转柱;有限元分析中图分类号:TU973 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1002-848X(2013)05-0005-06Key points of over-limit structural design on Hefei China Resource CentreWu Guoqin, Fu Xueyi, Li Jianwei, Shao Jianwei(CCDI GROUP, Shenzhen 518048, China)Abstract: Hefei China Resource Centre is divided into two structural parts by a seismic-expansion joint, one part is two-tower structure with a common podium in the north, the other part is a podium in the south. It was focused on the structural design of the northern part. By comparison with the twotower structure with a common podium and single tower structure, the main performance of the towers was gained, the law of seismic force transmission between tower and podium was found. The temperature effect on the super long structure was analyzed by simulating the construction sequence. The buckling analysis on cross-level columns was done to guarantee the stability of columns.
