包头恒通商厦地基基础设计

[摘要] 包头恒通三鹿综合商厦采用梁板式筏形基础。基础面积较大,塔楼和裙房之间荷载分布不均匀。塔楼区域采用CFG桩复合地基,裙房区域采用天然地基,局部需要抗浮设计。差异变形控制是地基基础设计中的主要问题。采用变刚度调平思想布置CFG桩复合地基。优化了裙房抗浮设计,取消了抗拔桩,节省了工程造价,减小了差异沉降。采用Plaxis 3D Foundation专业软件进行考虑土.结构共同作用的基础沉降有限元分析。计算结果表明,总沉降变形量和差异沉降均满足规范要求。

Foundation design of Baotou Hengtong building

Abstract: Beam-and-slab raft foundation was adopted in the foundation of Baotou Hengtong building. The base area is large, and the load distribution between the towers and the podium is not uniform. The CFG( cement-flyash-gravel pile) composite foundation is used in the tower region, the natural foundation is used in the podium region, some local area needs anti-floating design.  Differential settlement control is the main problem in the foundation design. The CFG piles are arranged according to the variable rigidity conception. The podium anti-floating design is optimized by abolishing the uplift piles, wluch can save the construction cost and reduce the differential settlement. The finite element calculation on the foundation settlement is carried out by using Plaxis 3D Foundation software. The results considering soil-structure interaction, which shows that the settlement and differential settlement of the foundation were controlled to satisfy the requirement of Chinese design code.
