广州港湾广场主塔楼SRC结构设计

[提要]港湾广场位于广州市珠江边,主塔楼27层,总高度9.90m。介绍了工程设计的关键问题:基坑支护、超长地下室无缝设计、主塔结构体系计算分析、典型节点分析与试验。重点介绍由于新颖独特的建筑方案导致平面抗震不规则的解决思路以及具有自立知识产权的不穿心牛腿新型节点。

SRC Structural Design of Guangzhou Gangwan Plaza/Li Ning, Chen Xing, Liang Zhihong, Chen Xiangrong, Zhang Jie (The Architectural Design and Research Institute of Guangdong Province, Guangzhou 510010,China)

Abstract:The Gangwan plaza locates at the side of the Pearl River in Guangzhou. Its main tower consists of 27 stories, and the total height is 99.9 meter. The key technical problems are presented, including excavation protection, extra-long basement without temperature joints, structural system of main tower and its analysis, typical CFST joint’ analysis and experiment. The solution to unique but unfavorable aseismic architectural scheme, and the joint with non-through-core CFST connection, which is applying for patent, are introduced in details.
