[摘要] 某3层办公楼建于上世纪60年代，是一座内框架结构建筑。该建筑物已投入使用多年，且受当时经济及技术等方面因素的制约，原设计没有考虑抗震设防，为确保其抗震性能和安全使用要求，有必要对其进行抗震鉴定。对该建筑进行了原始资料核查、现场检测和全面的抗震鉴定分析，并针对其结构缺陷，提出了结构转换的加固方案。

Abstract: A interior-frame structure office building, with three storeys, was constructed in 1960s. The building has been in use for many years, and because of the economical and technical factors, original designer has not considered the seismic fortification. In order to ensure the seismic bearing capacity and safety requirements for use, it was necessary to carry on the seismic appraisal. The original information verification, testing at site and then comprehensive seismic appraisal and analysis for tlus structure was completed, and aiming at the defects of the structure, Structure transformation scheme was recommended.
