掺玄武岩活性粉末砂浆的试验研究*

王海良, 李国兴, 杨新磊(天津城市建设学院土木工程学院,天津300384)[摘要] 通过试验研究了不同玄武岩活性粉末掺量对普通硅酸盐水泥胶砂试件强度的影响。根据抗折强度和抗压强度确定了玄武岩活性粉末的最佳掺量。利用X射线衍射研究了水化产物的组成变化,分析了玄武岩活性粉末的增强机理。试验结果表明:玄武岩活性粉末的掺加对水泥的抗折强度和抗压强度有明显的改善,当玄武岩活性粉末掺量为10%时,其对水泥的增强效果最为显著。[关键词] 玄武岩活性粉末;最佳掺量;增强机理;X射线衍射中图分类号:TU525.9 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1002-848X( 2012) S2-0454-02Experimental study on cement mortar mixed with basalt reactive powderWang Hailiang, Li Guoxing, Yang Xinlei(School of Civil Engineering, Tianjin Institute of Urban Construction, Tianjin 300384, China)Abstract: Effect of addition amount of basalt reactive powder on strength of strength of Portland cement mortar was investigated herein. The optimum mix amount of basalt reactive powder was determined by flexural strength and compressive strength. The variations of hydration products were investigated by X-ray diffraction(XRD), and strengthening mechanism of basalt reactive powder was analyzed. The results showed that the flexural strength and compressive strength of Portland cement mortar could be greatly improved by mixing basalt reactive powder, and the reinforcing action was the best when the adding amount of basalt reactive powder reached 10%.Keywords: basalt reactive powder; optimum rmx amount; strengthening mechanism; XRD
