关于配筋方式与混凝土裂缝宽度关系的量化分析

石南南, 张润潇, 黄达海(北京航空航天大学交通科学与工程学院土木系,北京100191)[摘要] 对配筋方式与混凝土裂缝宽度关系进行了深入分析。通过建立钢筋混凝土分离式有限元模型,考虑它们之间的粘结滑移作用,分别改变构件的配筋率和钢筋直径,来考察混凝土裂缝宽度变化规律。可以得到这样的结论:在钢筋根数不变情况下,增大钢筋直径,配筋率相应增大,裂缝宽度会明显减小;在配筋率不变情况下,增大钢筋直径,裂缝宽度则会相应增大,并且文中将二者关系量化,该结论很好地解释了工程中经常选用细钢筋和较高配筋率来得到较好的限裂效果。依据新旧版本水工规范选用不同直径限裂钢筋,以闸墩竖直墙为模型,通过有限元分析阐述了新版规范对钢筋直径修改的意义。[关键词] 钢筋混凝土;钢筋直径;配筋率;裂缝宽度;有限元模型中图分类号:TU311.4 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1002 -848X( 2012) S2 -0443 -05Quantitative analysis of reinforcing steel on crack widthShi Nannan, Zhang Runxiao, Huang Dahai( Department of Civil Engineering, School of Transportation Science and Engineering, Beihang University, Beijing 100191, China)Abstract: Deeper study for the relationship between the reinforcing way and the crack width is implemented. By establishing the reinforced concrete separated finite element model, taking their shear behavior interacting into consideration and changing the members' steel ratio and bar diameter, the varying pattem of reinforcement concrete crack width is performed. The results indicated that the crack width would markedly decrease in the condition of larger bar diameter and same bar quanUty; whereas with a same steel ratio, the larger the bar diameter the wider the crack. This conclusion perfectly explained why tlun bars and lugh steel ratio get better crack control effect. Moreover, gate pier ANSYS models were also established to illuminate the significance of modification the bar diameter, regarding the limit crack reinforced clauses in old and new hydraulic design specification.Keywords: reinforced concrete; reinforced diameter; reinforcement ratio; crack width; finite element model
