特高压酒杯型钢管塔真型试验研究

[摘要] ZB1酒杯型钢管塔是我国第一基应用于重冰区特高压线路工程的单回路铁塔。真型塔全高73m,重量120t,整塔采用钢管结构,仅在地线支架采用角钢;钢管最高材质为Q345,全部采用插板和锻造法兰联接。ZB1塔成功通过了大风、安装、断线、不均匀冰等10个工况的试验检验,结果表明:ZB1塔的位移满足变形要求;应变测试结果没有超过构件承载力,整体结构安全合理;节点连接方案可行,锻造法兰及各种插板型式安全可靠。

Full-scale test for cup-type steel tubular tower of UHV transmission line

Abstract: The ZBl cup-type steel tubular tower with height 73 m and weight 120 t,is the first single-circuit tower for UHV transmission line in heavy icing area. Except the ground supports, steel tubulars are applied in whole tower. The plug-in boards and forging flanges are used in ZBl tower,and the highest strength of tubular steel is Q345. The ZBl tower had successfully passed ten tests under operation conditions including wind, installation, line broken and nonuniform ice, etc. The test results show that the real displacement and stress of tower ZBl can meet the requirement of deformations and member's carrying capacity respectively, and the whole structure is safe. The results show that the node connection pattem of cup-type steel tubular tower is feasible,and plug-in boards are all reliable.
