托柱梁转换的计算与分析

[摘要] 由于建筑方案外立面造型要求,本工程局部楼层结构框架柱需向内收进,造成部分结构竖向受力构件即框架柱沿建筑总高度不连续,形成局部转换,此时结构上合理正确地采取托柱梁转换的结构形式可以很好地满足建筑效果要求,受力明确,计算分析和实际应用及施工技术也比较成熟,但是对于柱下设置垂直方向拉梁的设计计算需要正确判断与分析,满足规范要求,从而确保工程安全。

Design and analysis of structure with column supporting transfer beam

Abstract: With the building facade requirements, partial structure frame column need to indent in some floor, causing part frame column discontinuous in the vertical direction, so we Design the structure with column supporting transfer beam correctly to meet the building effect. The calculation, analysis, practical application and construction technology is more mature, but the design and calculation of tie beam beam need to correctly judge and analysis, at the same time the design of tie beam has to be safe.
